Our newest series have controls by Stream Vision software.
SSI Stream Vision software supports mono pump control through simple parameters setting and the visualization of XY diagram for acceleration, dosing and deceleration which makes the user be able to easily and precisely control mono pump dosing result.
For different materials, mono pump setting needs XY diagram help in addition to parameters to be able to quickly recognize the setting result of different parameters. With Stream Vision, mono pump setting becomes effective, precise and easy.
Stator
The internal geometry of the stator is based on eccentric screw pump systems.
New manufacturing processes and materials make it possible to transform very complex geometry into this small design. Media in very small quantities can be conveyed fully volumetrically forward and backward.

Stream Vision software technology, Stream Jet provides comprehensive process based controls and significantly shortens and simplifies setup and instruction time and difficulty. Users can quickly complete setup and instruction by means of mouse click.
Stream Jet’s process-based controls include valve parameter control, temperature control, automatic dispensing volume monitoring and automatic flow control, automatic alignment, and automatic height adjustment of 3D curve dispensing.
雙液螺桿閥體搭配
SSI Mono pump雙液產品系列不同於一般市面上雙液螺桿閥所採取兩個相同定量的閥體裝置,SSI Mono pump可依照膠材特性、混合比例規格進行配置兩支不同定量的閥體,因此可設定較大比例差距的膠材進行混合(1:1~1:20流速設定)。
一般較常見混合的膠體是由一較高cps黏稠度搭配另一較低cps黏度的膠材進行不同比例混合,如果兩隻相同定量規格的螺桿閥組合成一雙液混合裝置時,其中一支螺桿閥因為須符合混合比例而轉速需高於另一支單閥體,出膠(量)比例較高的單閥體則會因過高的轉速造成閥體損傷,因此SSI Mono pump提供可選擇不同定量的單閥體進行搭配,不單可減少閥體損傷的狀況,也可達到較穩定的比例混合效果。
